People are the heart of every business, and data is the pulse.
Yet, I’ve always been struck by how incredibly difficult it was to bridge the gap between people and data. Even if you’re technical, data can be a pain and a mess, but most of us don’t want to spend our days fighting with SQL or pivot tables.
I wanted to build Querri long before the technology existed to bring it to reality, and when we first launched Querri we had made significant progress but there was far more to do.
Today is a significant milestone in our journey. Querri 2.0 marks what I believe to be the world’s first end-to-end data platform that is simple to use. What do I mean by that? A few principles:
1. Data is and will always be messy. But you shouldn’t need to spend 3 months working with it to get insights.
2. Decision makers need to have direct access to data in the moment.
3. Every action you take should be transparent, auditable and automate-able
4. Data is a team sport. Everything should be shareable at the right level and communication should be simple.
5. And obviously, it should all be private and secure.
Look around and you’ll see all of our features from connectors to automation to project chaining to dashboards and beautifully designed Excel files all fit into this flow and how we’ve seen people work.
Building all of these principles into a platform that has plain language at its core took rethinking how data can be used. It took talking with hundreds of people about their data journeys and challenges. And, it took embracing the latest technologies with all of their promise and all of their imperfections.
This launch is one step on our journey and we have a lot more to come. I invite you to try it out today and let us know what you think. I also would love to hear from you about your challenges and frustrations with the data of your own business and would love to find a way that we can help.
Welcome to Querri. Have fun!
