What’s most exciting to me is that Baselight AI doesn’t rely on whatever happened to be in an LLM’s training set. It’s wired directly into 300+ billion rows of structured data across finance, crypto, prediction markets, sports, government data, and more – so answers are grounded, quantifiable, and reproducible.
One concrete example I love:
“For Polymarket events with end dates in the last 30 days, show me how the odds have shifted. Provide a table with Market, Outcome, Opening Probability, Closing Probability, Shift.”
✅ Baselight AI: runs real queries over actual Polymarket price history and returns a precise table with those columns.
❌ Generic LLMs: typically say they can’t compute this without data access, or they fall back to vague, news-based guesses.
That’s the gap we’re closing: AI that knows because it’s connected to real data at scale – not AI that guesses based on fuzzy memories from training or a quick web search.
